Paper, Rock, Scissors
As a kid we all played Paper, Rock, Scissors. This version, one person gets to walk away with a prize. The gameplay is simple, your organization sells necklaces (Mardi Gras beads or Hawaiian Leis work great) to guests (suggested pricing 1 for $20 3 for $50). When it’s time to play, bring all players to the front of the stage and have them select a partner. The Auctioneer/MC announces the rules, calling out 1, 2, 3, shoot and the winner of each pair moves on to the next round, the looser of the round tuns in their necklace. This continues, contestants switching partners per every round, eliminating players until only one is left with a necklace. The winner gets the promoted prize (something of value like a weekend trip to Vegas, an autographed poster, concert ticket package, BBQ Grill, etc.). Bonus, try to have celebrity (artist or local celeb) be the ref (wearing a referee jersey)!
